HOWANG CARE ACTION

SEMARANG, 7/5 - PROTEST. An artist who wears Javanese traditional clothes plays two replica of wayang near a chain of lamps shaped like one of the character of wayang, Semar, during a protest in Semarang, Central Java May 7, 2007. Dozens of students, teachers and artists took part in that demonstration to remind the government to take care cultural icons including wayang which already declare as world cultural inheritance.
