JAKARTA 17/7. - MAHKAMAH CONSTITUTION- The trial of the Constitutional Court during the test trial of the Act No. 4 years 2004 Article 23 Ver (1) on the Power of Justice (UU KK) with the applicant of Pollycarpus Budihari Priyanto in the Constitutional Court building of West Merdeka Jakarta, Thursday (17/7). According to Pollycarpus Article 23 Paragraph (1) the Law of KK, contains legal defects because there is a sentence of the "Understanding the parties" that may cause misleading interpretation so contrary to the article 28D paragraph (1) Constitution 1945.
