TEST TRIAL OF UU ORMAS MATERIAL

The Chairman of the Constitutional Court (MK) Hamdan Zoelva (center) was established with the Judiciary Constitution Arief Hidayat (left) and the Judge of the Harjono Constitution (right) in the assemblies experts in the follow-up hearing of the Law Number 17 of 2013 concerning the Organization of the Ministry (Ormas) in the Constitution Court, Jakarta, Thursday (27/2). The applicant originated from a number of ornaments including PP Muhammadiyah, Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW) and Yayasan Indonesia Legal Aid Institute (YLBHI) claimed a number of articles in the Law that was assessed to violate the freedom of association and not in accordance with the 1945 Constitution.
