President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono rushed to deliver speech when opening The 2nd Conference on Cooperation between East Asia for Palestinian Development (CEAPAD II) in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Jakarta, Saturday (1/3). In the CEAPAD II forum is a meeting of the ministers of Eastern Asian countries (ASEAN plus Japan, China, Korea), President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono stated that the forum could open the independence opportunity of Palestine.
