MK OBSCENE APPLICATION OF ANTASARI

The applicant of Antasari Azhar (second right) accompanied by Andi Syamsudin (right) Adik almarhum Nasrudin Zulkarnaen, attended the trial of the test of the material of the Law No. 8 Year 1981 on the Law of the Events Pidana Article 268 paragraph (3) in the Constitutional Court, Jakarta, Thursday (6/3). MK is arguing the application of the former Chairman of KPK Antasari Azhar who tested Article 268 paragraph (3) which restricts the application of the Back Preview (PK) only one time thus Antasari Azhar may reap the PK for the case of the murder that cheerfully.
