SPORTS UU MATERIAL TEST

KONI filed a material test of a number of articles in the Law of SKN including Article 44 paragraph 1 to 4 assessed against the Constitution 1945 due to the existence of the Indonesian Olympic Committee (KOI) implicated against in-efficiency and in-efectivity even the infrequence of bureaucracy organizations.
