JPU presents three witnesses namely the Director of PT.Indoguna Utama Juard Effendy who has been divonis two-month prison related to the same case, Head of the Plant Varietas Protection Center and Agriculture licensing Ministry of Agriculture Suharyono as well as employees of PT Indoguna Utama Priyoto.
