Culinary experts, William Wongso (left) gave the guidance to participants when the Technical Guidance event of 30 Indonesian Traditional Culinary Icons (IKTI) in the Holy, Jateng, Wednesday (19/3). The event initiated by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy and followed by 20 SMK teachers are the management of the co-founder to give education to educators about IKTI proposed food franchises and foreign drinks that threaten traditional culinary.
