The case of the alleged suap disputes of Lebak pilkada in the Constitutional Court (MK), Tubagus Chaeri Wardana alias Wawan (right) undergoes an advanced hearing with a disconnect agenda as in the Tipikor Court, Jakarta, Monday (24/3). The Judge Assembly of the Tipikor Court of Jakarta decides to be charged and the activist of the law is unacceptable and ordered the general prosecutor to continue the examination of the subject matter of Tubagus Chaeri Wardana alias Wawan.
