DESPERATION AS A WAWAN

The case of a sume suap dispute of Lebak pilkada in the Constitutional Court of Tubagus Chaeri Wardana alias Wawan (left) consulted his legal advisor when undergoing an advanced hearing with the agenda of judgment as in the Tipikor Court, Jakarta, Monday (24/3). The Judge Assembly of the Tipikor Court of Jakarta decides to be charged and the activist of the law is unacceptable and ordered the general prosecutor to continue the examination of the subject matter of Tubagus Chaeri Wardana alias Wawan.
