Koreographer and Minang Culture, Tom Ibnur experienced Minang’s dance creation titled Lidah Barsilek Piriang (Lidah Bersilat Plate Berdeting) in Jakarta, Sunday (6/4). The show combines two Minang tradition arts, culinary arts and performance arts with the meaning when the tongue is practicing to enjoy the culinary that is served, the dishes are decorated with dishes dance.
