The case of SKK Migas’s bristle dugaan is the former Chairman of SKK Migas Rudi Rubiandini appointed his personal defending book before following the hearing agenda of the personal disclaimer (pledoi) at the Jakarta Tipikor Court, Tuesday (15/4). In his defender titled Restorative Justice, Rudi Rubiandini admitted to receiving a total of Rp 10 billion, which according to him received a gratification because it was forced.
