Two TNI soldiers guarded around the Asian-Pacific Conference venue "Open Government Partnership" (OGP) in Nusa Dua, Bali, Monday (5/5). Nusa Dua’s area began to be tightened by the OGP conference, which will be opened President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and attended by government officials, NGOs and Pacific se-Asia academicians to encourage government openness/transparance.
