SOUND RELIEF CRIMINAL

The three judges of PN Serang that was chaired by Naisyah Kadir (second left) along the forced Andri Saputra (right) as well as Sutrisno witness from KPUD Serang (left) checked the goods evidence of the case of the sound relief criminals at the elections of the legislative then charged the former Chairman of PPK Pamarayan, Serang District, M. Nasir at PN Serang, Banten, Tuesday (6/5). Nasir is threatened by 6 years’ maximum prison criminal as well as the fine of Rp. 50 million because it is charged to violate the Disclosure Act by destroying caleg sounds including Aeng Haerudin (Demokrat), Yandri Susanto (PAN) and Ei Nurul Khotimah (PKS) in 12 TPS in Pamarayan District.
