ELECTION CRIMINAL HEARING

The former Chairman of PPK Pamarayan Kab Serang M. Nasir (left) heard the description of the witness of PPK Pamarayan in the criminal hearing of the election vote, at PN Serang, Banten, Wednesday (7/5). Nasir is threatened by a maximum of 6 years of prison criminal as well as a fine of Rp50 million because it is charged to violate the Disclosure Act by destroying the voice of a number of calegs who pay it between another Aeng Haerudin (Demokrat) Yandri Susanto (PAN) and Ei Nurul Khotimah (PKS) in 12 TPS in Pamarayan District.
