ISLAMIC BANKING DISPUTE SEMINAR

Asbisindo held a seminar on syariah banking disputes proposed the ruling of the Constitutional Court on the explanation of article 55 paragraph 2 which gives the choice of Islamic banking disputes, and Asbisindo hopes to obtain legal certainty regarding disputes in the victims of sharia.
