TNI General TNI Moeldoko spoke in the National Seminar of Dies Natalis University Tanjungpura to-55 in Pontianak, Kalbar, Thursday (8/5). In the seminars on the management of natural resources in the perspective of national endurance and security, TNI urges people to be more careful about foreign investors who want to buy agricultural lands to thousands of hectares because it is assessed that it can harm the sovereignty of the country.
