Asrun (center), Secretary General of PB PGRI, Sahiri Hermawan (left) and Chairman of PB PGRI, Abdul Aziz Hoesein spoke to the hearing of the test of the material against Law No. 16/2008 on the Change of Law No. 45/2007 on APBN-P 2008 in the Constitutional Court (MK), Jakarta, Wednesday (13/8). The MK’s Judgment assemblies the application of the APBN-P 2008 Act given the budget allocation for education is only about 15.6 percent of the APBN where it should reach 20 percent, so contrary the 1945 Constitution.
