NURTURING VOLCANOES

A number of abdi dalem and society follow the procession of Mount Merapi in Bangsal Sriman replacing, slopes of Mount Merapi, Village Umbulharjo, Cangkringan, Sleman, Yogyakarta, Saturday (31/5). The Merapi Mountain Labuhan which is the climbing of the Dalem Keraton Ngayogyakarto Hadininingrat and followed by hundreds of abdi dalem and the society is one of the forms of the expression of gratitude to God Most Esa for all safety and wellbeing protection.
