The five dubes were Dubes Sri Lanka Anoja Wijeyesekera, Dubes Myanmar U San Myint Oo, Dubes Korsel Choi Tai Young, Chinese Dubes Xie Feng, and Dubes Solomon Salana Kalu Islands.
