COAL ROYALTY CASE GUARANTEE

JAKARTA, 1/9 - KASUS ROYALTI BATUBARA. Head of Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) Didi Widayadi explained the results of Commitment / Five Contractors of PKP2B Generation I as a meeting in Jakarta, Monday (1/9). Five coal companies that are bound to pay the obligation to the government are committed to paying a guarantee of Rp 600 billion with details that PT Adaro Indonesia (Rp150 billion), PT Arutmin Indonesia (Rp100 billion), Berau Coal (Rp90 billion), KPC (Rp150 billion) and Kideco Jaya Agung (Rp110 billion). as a guarantee that they are committed to completing their obligations.
