TO VISIT THE LEADING ISLAND

Minister of Health RI, Nafsiah Mboi reviewed drug supplies in Puskesmas Island Backyard, Batam, bordering Singapore, Wednesday (12/8). In his visit, the dancing stresses the importance of increased role of puskesmas as a preventive element (preventive) in public health services, although for the archipelago, some puskesmas has the facilities of the Emergency Gawat Unit (RS), the inpatient wards, doctors, and polyclinics so that it can play as a take-up of the treatment actions due to the absence of hospitals on small islands.
