PAPUA,9/9- FREE INTERNET. Two Papuans learn to use free internet at the opening of the Information Technology Exhibition in Jayapura, Papua (9/9). Free Internet facilities provided by the Electronic Data Manager Agency ( BPDE ) Papua aimed at further opening the insight of Papuans about the benefits of information technology.
