LATEST, 12/9 - LATEST BANJIR. A mother with a number of cooking children in a flood victim refuge tent, on the edge of Jln. Arengka II, Rumbai District, Pekanbaru, (12/9). Flood continues to expand and soak six districts namely Rumbai, Rumbai Pes comb, Senapelan, Sekaki Umbrella, Tampan and Tenayan Raya with heights up to one meter so many people begin to tilt.
