GONDANG DAM

The Minister of Public Works Djoko Kirmanto (two left) said the explanation of the Gondang's dam that began its development, Karanganyar, Jateng, Saturday (13/9). The development of Bendungan Gondang is carried out in order to realize the irrigation infrastructure to support food endurance and add raw water supply for Karanganyar Regency and Sragen Regency. The planned Gondang dam has a total 10 million m3 tampung volume to characterize the 4,680 Ha irrigation area, raw water supply of 200 liters/seconds, fisheries and tourism.
