Vice President Boediono (second right) accompanied by the religious Minister of Lukman Hakim Syaifuddin (second left) and Governor of South Sumatra Alex Noerdin (left) opened Mosbaqah Tilawatil Quran (MTQ) International in Palembang Convention Center, Sumsel, Tuesday (23/9) night.
