Menkeu Sri Mulyani Indrawati (left) conveyed his opinion at the Chairman of Kadin, MS Hidayat, during the discussion of panel embedded Tax Bill Value in Jakarta, Monday (22/9). The House of Representatives (DPR) and the Government in cooperation clarifies the various clauses and articles in the Value Tax Law (PPN) and Luxury Goods Sales Tax (PPnBM) which is currently classified into the gray region, for example around tax restitution.
