The Governor of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD) Irwandi Yusuf was accredited with a orphaned child before submitting a scholarship in the Anjong Mon Mata Building, Banda Aceh, Tuesday (23/9). Irwandi Yusuf is a new home from Singapore for its health care directly submits scholarships symbolically to 80,000 orphans victims of conflicts and tsunamis in Aceh they acquire Rp1,8 million/person.
