A farmers prepare diesel engines to suck water in Kepandaian Village, Tegal, Jateng, Monday (6/10). Farmers are forced to spend additional costs reaching Rp 2 million per half hectares, to rent and fuel costs of diesel engines for two months, in order to remain able to slict the rice fields that experience drought since the last week.
