A farmer waters in a single-month bayam plant in Kepandaian Village, Tegal, Jateng, Monday (6/10). Farmers in the area are forced to spend additional costs reaching Rp2 million per half hectares, to rent and fuel costs of diesel engines for two months, in order to still be able to characterize the rice fields that experience drought since the last week.
