JAKARTA, 7/10 - BI RATE NAIK. Bank Indonesia Governor, Boediono (right) accompanied by Senior Deputy Governor BI Miranda Goeltom gave an explanation on the decision of the Meeting of the Board of Governors (RDG), in the BI Building, Jakarta, Tuesday (7/10). The Meeting of the Board of Governors of RDG BI decided to raise the underlying interest rate (BI Rate) of 25 points (bps) to 9,50 per cent is still high in inflation pressure as well as to anticipate global economy conditions.
