ORANGUTAN EVACUATION

Orangutans (pongo pygmaeus pygmaeus) are successfully evacuated, located in the cage in the Natural Resources Conservation Hall (BKSDA) Kalbar, Pontianak, Wednesday (19/11). BKSDA Kalbar managed to evacuate two five-year-old and two-year-old orangutans found in Rasau River Village, Pontianak Regency and Singkawang on Tuesday (18/11) and later these two primates will be submitted to the International Animal Rescue (IAR) in Ketapang Regency to undergo rehabilitation.
