Bogor’s non-active Rachmat Yasin (left) discussed with his attorney at the vonis trial of the case of a forest land exchange of PT Bukit Jonggol Asri (BJA) with the charged Rachmat Yasin of Rp 4.5 billion in the Bandung Tipikor Court, West Java, Thursday (27/11). The judges of the Tipikor Court of Bandung authorised Rachmat Yasin with a sentence of 5 years 6 months of prison, and the fineness of Rp 300 million subsider 3 months of the rate.
