ILLEGAL FISH SHIP

The Marine Army TNI Personnel secured the 15 Children of the Ship (ABK) KM Fak-Fak Jaya Karya, the illegal fishing boat captured the TNI AL personnel when carrying patrol with KRI Makassar-590 in the waters of the Aru Islands Regency, Maluku, Thursday (4/12). The ship with 15 ABK was arrested with a charge of 1.2 tons shark fish and 200 tons mixed fish. The illegal ship is not equipped with a sailing book, the certificate of negligence and supervisory of the fishing boat is not present as well as there is a result of a fish catch that violates the Fishery Act.
