West Kotawaringin Regent, Iskandar Bed (left) along the companion of the Seru Library (PerpuSeru), Charles Bonar Sirait (second left) visited the regional library in the framework of "PerpuSeru Temple" in Kotawaringin Barat, Pangkalan Bun, Central Kalimantan, Thursday (11/12). PerpuSeru is a program implemented by Coca-Cola Foundation Indonesia (CCFI) with the support of Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) aimed at developing a library in Indonesia to be the center of learning society based on Information Technology, to improve the quality of living society including empowering women, youth and micro entrepreneurs.
