FOREST INDUSTRY EXPORT REGULATIONS

Minister of Trade Rahmat Gobel (left) accompanied by Director General of Bina Usaha Forestry Bambang Hendroyono when the launch of the Minister’s Regulation regarding the export provision of forest industry products in Jakarta, Monday (29/12). The government issued two minister regulations, namely the Candy Number 97/M-DAG/PER/12/2014 on the Export Terms of Forestry Industry Products and Candy LHK Number P95/Menhut-II/2014 concerning Changes to the Minister of Forestry Regulation Number P.43/Menhut-II/2014 concerning Performance Assessment of Sustainable Produiksi Forest Management and Wood Legality Verification on the Permit Holder or on the Right Forest.
