A number of people remove tapic or green turtle children (Chelonia mydas) on Nyamplong Beach, Gumukmas, Jember, East Java, Sunday (11/1). A total of 121 tapic tails consisting of the relics (Lepidochelys olivacea) and the Green Turtles (Chelonia mydas) the result of the natural spring catcher of locals released to the sea as the form of preservation of the turtle population in the region.
