A psychiatric pain sufferer who is not known for his identity, instilling and throwing pedestrians with stones in Jakarta, Monday (12/1). Based on basic health research data (riskesdas) Department of Health in 2014 there are 1 million psychiatric patients in severe soul disorders and 19 million patients of mild soul disorders in Indonesia.
