SUGAR ONDRONGAN

MALANG, 11/11, ONDRONGAN GULA. Two workers cooking sugarcane drops to be used in sugar ondrongan (red sugar from sugar sugar) in one of the traditional sugar processing plants that still survive in the village of Codo, Wajak, Malang, East Java, Tuesday (11/11). The resulting red sugar is then shipped as raw material of making a ketch at Rp. 360 thousand per kwintal. ANTARA/Ari Bowo Holypto/ss/mes/08.
