  • 10th March 2015
A research staff made lontong in leaves (buras) when making burgeons for emergency food at the Faculty Laboratory of Agricultural Technology (Fateta) IPB, Dramaga, Bogor, West Java, Tuesday (10/3). Buras cooked with heat and vacuum technology as well as packed in the airtight aluminum foil alumunium packaging can last up to five years since it is produced with balanced nutritional content and can be directly eaten so it is suitable for food emergency responses such as natural disaster events.
