The Minister of Foreign Affairs Tjahjo Kumolo (kanan) and Governor of East Java Soekarwo (center) gave the award ban on the Mayor of Banda Aceh Illiza Sa'adudin (left) when the awarding of Urban Management Innovation (IMP) in urban services in 2014 in the city Hall of Surabaya, East Java, Thursday (12/3). A total of 16 districts / cities consisting of 12 cities and four districts are set as a winner for nine fields / sub fields that are raised in the awarding of the IMP followed by 103 regions as Indonesia.
