REJECT THE APPLICATION OF THE JUDICIAL

The Director of the Special Crime Reserse (Direskrimsus) Polda Kalbar, Kombes (Pol) Widodo (the middle) provided the judiciary session of the pre judicial lawsuit against Polda Kalbar, in the Pontianak State Court, Monday (16/3). Single judge, Sugeng Warmanto rejects the application of the preparation against the Polda Kalbar submitted suspected gold shelters of Gold Mining Results Without Ijin (PETI), Djujujujuju Tanuwidjaja, and declared arrests as well as the arrest of suspected arrests performed by the Rectorat Reskrimsus Polda Kalbar proved to be valid.
