President Director of PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk Djojo Boentoro (center), combined with President Commissioner Subianto (left) and Vice President Director of Andrianto Oetomo, disela Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) and General Meeting of Outstanding Shareholders (RUPSLB) and Public Expose PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG), in Jakarta, Wednesday (18/3). In the RUPST & GMSLB was agreed to make Capital Additions Without Rights of Ordering Exceeding Effects (HMETD) as much as 168.000.000 (seratus sixty eight million) stock sheets in deposits (portepel) with nominal value of Rp 100 (Seratus Rupiah) or as much as 7,93% of all shares that have been placed and fully deposited in the Company in order to fulfill the development of business activities and/or repayment of the obligations of the Company.
