GIANT YAUS SCULPTURE MERAUKE

The Jews near the Holy Heart of Jesus in Merauke, Papua, Saturday (21/3). The 12-meter tall statue that is the easternmost city icon of Indonesia was built at Rp15 billion and was inaugurated on August 14th, 2011 to commemorate the first day of the admission of the Catholic Church in Merauke 106 years ago.
