JAKARTA, 25/11 - CLIMATE CHANGE LOAN. Directoral General of Finance Ministry’s Debt Department Rahmat Waluyanto (L) exchanges documents with Chief Executive Officer of Agence Francaise de Developpement (AFD) Jean-Michel Severino after signing an agreement in Jakarta, November 25, 2008.
