YANCE HEARING PRESENTS WAPRES

The President of Golkar, Aburizal Bakrie (second left) held a corruption of the land acquisition of the Coal Wells Adem Indramayu, Irianto MS Syafiuddin alias Yance (right) before an advanced hearing with the agenda of the witness that relieves the Wapres Jusuf Kalla, in the Tipikor State Court, Bandung, West Java, Monday (13/4). During being witnessed, Jusuf Kalla answered a little of 29 questions from jaksa, advisor and Judgment within 30 minutes related to Command and signing of the land acquisition of the Adem Coal Well-East coal PLTU during the Vice President of the period 2004-2009 allegedly became the case of corruption by Yance.
