TRADITIONAL ART GONG SI BOLONG

The artist of Sanggar Seni Gong Si Bolong Pusaka Jaya plays a traditional musical instrument duplicate from Depok, Gong si Bolong, while following the 16th Anniversary of Depok’s 16th Anniversary of Margonda Raya, Depok, West Java, Saturday (25/4). Gong Si Bolong has a 10 cm diameter hole feature in the center it was found first by a religious viewer, Jimin, in 1350 in the New Land area, Depok. Kesenian Gong si Bolong played along the Gendang music tool, Bende, Rebab, Tertrumpet, Keromong, as well as Saron combined the element of sunda and betawi ethnicity, where music is played viscous with sunda feel while the singing uses betawi language.
