HELARFEST OPENING

The "Helarfest 2015" event was opened directly by the Mayor of Bandung, Ridwan Kamil in Alun-alun Bandung, West Java, Sunday (26/4). Helarfest held Bandung Creative City Forum (BCCF) is a pest of Bandung’s city community featuring various creative economic works and shapes.
