HELARFEST OPENING

A number of dancers open the event "Helarfest 2015" in Alun-alun Bandung, West Java, Sunday (26/4). Helarfest held Bandung Creative City Forum (BCCF) is a group of Bandung city communities featuring various creative economic works and shapes.
