The Directorate of the Riau Islands Water and Air Pollda Police arrested the MT Urban Succes GT 740 ship loading 80,000 liters of fuel oil (BBM) that will be downloaded to Singapore in the Scope of Water, Riau Islands, Sunday (26/4). The MT Urban Succes ship transports the alleged fuel is the result of a crime rate from Palembang without having a legal document such as the Letter of Failure Agreement (SPB)/Port Clearance of Syahbandar as well as not equipped with the Transportation Business License Letter.
